Summary: Bad Quality - just after six month - it can not read the disks
Comment: I bought this, 6 month ago. We use it very lightly. Hardly once a
week. It started giving problems for last few weeks. It started with
skipping the disk, not reading some disks. Now it can not read
any dvd, cd, mp3 disks. It gives error message " BAD DISK".

Comment: The 10.2" drop down TV/DVD/CD player was just what I needed for my boat. The TV I had bounced around and took up a lot of room. This drop down TV etc. is out of the way & perfect for the boat.

Comment: I really love this TV/DVD/Radio/CD/Clock/AM/FM Radio and speaker phone. Yes,it is even a speaker phone if you plug it into a telephone jack. It can be used as a baby monitor with a few add ons.
The best thing is that it is very slim and compact, you barely see it under the counter until you pull the screen down. It has a 10.2" wide-screen LCD TV. It of course doesn't have the picture quality that a plasma has but it is fine for the kitchen. I love being able to put in a DVD for my grandkids while they eat their lunch and watch the news while fixing breakfast.

Comment: The product is the best deal for you money. It is a great product which delivers on all promises...the hardest part was the installation but that too was made easy with the clear instructions and drilling diagram and mounting brackets...all included. Highly recommend, I doubt you'll find a better product with this size screen for less. Plus service is really good and a reputation to back it up. Would purchase from them again. Summary: Might be OK - hard to tell
Comment: Received the unit and it almost immediately had video problems. Installation went well and the product looks good. But the screen would blank out after a few hrs of being on and the audio would continue to work.
Sent back to seller who promptly sent a new unit. So far so good.
